How do I access my info after I'm done?

You can visit the quiz link anytime and sign in to review your results and view your meal plan if you have one. You can also tap on the SHARE button to copy the link to your report snapshot. You can save this link or email it to yourself or your provider.

The Share button will either look like this (on your assessment dashboard):

Or will look like this button in the top right corner of the page:

Tapping on the share button will prompt you to copy the link to this report. You can paste the link to save it. You can also email the link directly to your provider. The provider will not need to create a Diet ID account to view the results.
