How do I change my username?

If you are doing challenges with Diet ID, you will be asked to create a username. Your username can be any alphanumeric value (no spaces). Fellow participants may use your username to find you on the Buddies page or to send you a direct message. If you want to remain anonymous, it's best to make a username that is different from your name (e.g. MsVegetable). If you want people to know it's you or easily find you, you can set your username to include your name. 

If you have created a username that you want to change, or if the system automatically assigned you a username, our team is happy to change it for you. Simply email info@dietid.com or chat us here and tell us what you want your new username to be. We'll typically get back to you within 24 hours.
