How do I remove a check in if I added too many?
If you are in a challenge where you have to check in multiple times in a day, for example the Drink 8 Glasses of Water a Day challenge, the Eat 3/5/7 Servings of Fruits and Veggies a Day, or the Eat 2 Servings of Whole Grains a Day challenge, you can always edit the number of check-ins you have added.
First go to the "Check-in" tab found at the top of the browser window if you're on mobile or on the left navigation bar if you're on a some tablets or a desktop.
which has the green check-in screen. Each time you check-in for the day, a check mark will fill in at the top of the check-in screen to show you how many times you have checked in. If you have not checked in for the day, the boxes at the top will be empty.
If you have checked in 5 times out of 5 for this challenge, all 5 boxes at the top of the green check-in screen will have check-marks filled in.
If you added too many check-ins and want to remove one, you can simply tap on the "x" in the corner of the check-in tracker box tracker to remove the check-in.
To confirm you would like to delete the check-in, tap "Do it. I'm sure."
Once you confirm, you'll see the check-in tracker at the top will have one less box filled in, indicating that you successfully deleted the check-in.
You can update your check-ins for up to one day prior. If you'd like to update "yesterday's check-ins," simply tap the "<" arrow at the top of the check-in tab to get to the previous day's check-in screen, which will be orange.
The same process works. You can tap the "x" in the corner of the check-in tracker box to remove a check-in. You can also add extra check-ins to the previous day by drawing a check mark on the orange check-in screen.
