I have certain food restrictions. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! You can customize the challenges to meet your specific needs. For example, if your Challenge is to include more fish but you are allergic to it, you can either skip the challenge or change it in your head to something you would like to eat more of to reach your goal, like fruit, flaxseeds, or falafel! In addition, many of our Challenges are not food-specific and will help you reach your goals. Some non-food specific challenges include Cook Dinner More Often, Stop Eating 2 Hours Before Bed, and Eat Real Food.
