What are Buddies?

Buddies are other participants who can see a summary of your progress, receive updates when you need help, and can easily send you encouragement and kudos. You can find your Buddies on the purple Buddies tab. Buddies will see a summary of your challenge participation, including a streak, success rate, and information on when you last checked in. Buddies will not see a detailed log of all your check-ins. If you want to support your buddies, you can use our 1-tap prompts under each buddy's tile. Buddies are important because we can help each other stay accountable. You can always add or remove buddies on the “Requests” tab of the purple Buddies page.
