How do I check in?
To check in, log into Diet ID, click on the “Check In” tab, and draw a checkmark (with a mouse if you’re on a computer, or your finger if you’re on a touch screen device like a phone or tablet) on the green screen. When you do that, you will then have the option to log notes if you wish.
At any time, you can tap on the “Challenges” tab to check your progress and explore the guidebook for additional tips, motivation, and information.
If you miss a day, no worries, you can check in for the previous day as well. You also have the option to change your challenge if you feel like you’ve already crushed the one you’re on. If you need to pause or stop your challenge, tap or click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the challenge screen.
