Will I need to log my meals or track my calories?

Absolutely not! Counting calories or logging meals rarely works, is tedious and time-consuming, , and can even encourage bad habits  (it’s much easier to log an unhealthy frozen dinner or packaged snack than something you cooked yourself using real-food ingredients).
